Sydney Special Childrens Party

Venue – Rose Hill Gardens Racecourse

Date – Wednesday 30th November 2011

Time – Gates open 11am – 3pm

Ok there is also a hospital visit this day wich I will be doing at randwick Childrens Hospital, I will then travell form there to this event. I should be there by midday or close to that.

If you can make this event please pop your name down below and we can sort out a meeting place etc.

I'll try to get to this one. I'm not sure if I can get the time off work so close to Christmas, and will let you know closer to the date.

OK people this one is on top of us know, it is also on the same day as the Randwick troop. I am planning to head to the Randwick hospital in the morning and then after the troop head to the race course for the christmas party. Now if anybody is thinking of attending this one or both please get your names down so we can organise meeting up.

I have also been contactted by the organiseers about this one so need to get numbers to let them know whos going.

i can do the race course if someone can give me a lift with the mando its not far from my place but i can't cart my shit to work and back.

OK a few of us will be comming to this event from Randwick Hospital( all going well ) so we can meet you there, I will be in touch with the organisers next week to sort out meeting location. At this stage lets say get to the change rooms and meet there, keep your phones on and we will let you know when we are comming.

If you intend to go to this event please get you name down again after this post.
