Thanks to all who attended and also notable thanks to Ace Phil Geoff Kat who did a great job being at table answering questions posing for photos all weekend my personal thanks to you and everyone who attended and supported the group.
Although very crowded on Saturday wasnt a bad weekend, I got a lot of questions myself interest in the group, so lets see what this brings,
Also the photos need updating so Ill get off my butt and get this organised and may require assistance of one or two ppl for picking some pics out and also would like to discuss plans for the rest of the year events an such.
I was dissapointed that medically wasnt able to Vader this weekend and that will be a while yet before I can put the sweatsuit back on, but it was great to catch up with everyone plus all the other ppl we meet and make friends with at an event such as this.

Well done to everyone! I cant remember everyones name and now its time to go back into my hyperbaric chamber ;)

As I have been more involved in the robot side of things over these last few events, I haven't been
able to take near enough pics of the wonderful Novus people so we only had my old pics... :unsure:

It was great to see every one again, for the short time we where there it was crazy.

Was a great weekend, even if a bit crazzy. I was not sure how theTK/Borgwas going to go but well reaction both inside and out told the story. Thanks to all who looked after the tables, and to those that helped set up and pack up. Also to Paul FP for the back wall pics and posters. Well done all. It was also great to see a few old faces again, I will take this as a signe that things are on the up and up. I have a few good events coming up and will when I have more information inform members about these.

I was also requested to have a meeting on Sunday with a couple of people who informed me of some interesting events comming up a bot later on. They were asked to aproach us direct on the weekend and spacificaly me. If this comes off it will be a lot of fun and I will make sure that as usual everyonegets to participate if they want.

Maybe it's time to have a meeting of members , its been a while since we had one, I have a few ideas regards the club, a meeting I think at this stage as we use to do in the past would be a good idea.

It's great to see that Novus is still popular and there is still interest there.

I'm sorry I wasn't around the table much during the weekend, but as some of you were aware, the powers that be at Starwalking decided that our table should not be near any other Star Wars table for some reason! As a result, we were put in "leper alley" where we faded into obscurity. This kept me away from everyone else most of the time.

Despite that, we still had a great time. We at Skyforce cleared out all our flyers, so we're hoping we can get some more people in the door for the next meeting (it's this SUNDAY!). I also got my friend Lisa into a costume for the first time. She was the magician, Zatanna. She had a blast and has become a costume tragic like the rest of us! :)

It was nice to see all the old faces (some of which had been absent for quite a while) along with our wonderful interstate family.

All in all, another great weekend! :)

It was fantastic seeing everyone. Reminds me how fun it is to visit Sydney. I hated the cold weather however. Next time, tell Chuck Norris to shut his fridge!

Brisbane and Sydney are so different, but its great at both.
