I decided right off the mark to make TK and Vader ones only to start with. Please read the instructions fully before you start, also get all your ingrediants out on the bench so that you dont forget to put all the bits in ( I forgot the egg ), anyway we continued on, O I also did not add the vanila, I did not have any. So away we went.

If you read ahead ( I didnot and got caught out ) you will have plates and bowles ready for your stuff. Also what I did not realise is that the finished doe had to be left in the fridge for at least 2 hrs before useing again. Also use a bit of flour when rolling the doe before and after the fridge. The doe will go very hard, but will soon get soft in yur hands.
Now is the time to clean up the mess, I have always found it better to clean as you go.

Looking good so far also if your in a rush just chuck the dough into some cling wrap or those sandwhich bags and put it in the freezer for 30 min or so, just makes it easier work with the dough XD

Ok so time has been excelerated and we are now two hrs later and we remove the two bowles, now your supose to roll this out into a nice flat area of 6mm and cut away, as you can see by the pics I did them individualy, the base was a bit brittle and I am not sure why, maybe the lack of egg. Anyway they cut the original outer shap well, and imprint great, just do not get to heavy on the spring or you will imprint right threw the cookie. Again use plenty of flour here, and add a bit each time you put the doe down to cut

Remember whem putting them on a tray give them plenty of room to expand

KEEP ANY OFF CUTS OR SPARE BITS OF DOE, YOU CAN ROLL THEM INTO SMALL BALLS AND MAKE MINI DEATH STARS OUT OF THEM.

Remember what I said about numbers on a tray this is way to many on one tray, out of the mix youll get about 32

When cooking them, keep an eye on them around the 10 min mark, they can go from ok to black real quick
