Hey everybody,

This troop is one I had some information on a little while ago, however I had since lost the form that was sent out to me and was kicking myself for the last few days.

It will be held in early June in the Hawksbury region for the day and from what I remember beverages and a change room were supplied however I can clarify that if needed.

Luckily, the gentleman rang me again this morning to check we were still interested and (after much apologising on my part) is going to send me out another copy of the forms so I can get them back to him asap.

So I'm going to need a rough estimate of numbers to put on the form just so we have something to work with.

Prue we need date, actual location and time. Then you can start a name list up, Jusne is MS walk and Supanova so Iam assuming it will depend on the date.

As soon as I know for certain the dates and times I'll add them in here. Just waiting on the information and forms that hopefully should be here on Tuesday.

And I may have been wrong about it being in June, the info on their website says the 3rd and 4th of July so I've changed the thread title to match but not too sure about times yet, it starts at 9 on both days and runs till 4 so I'd say it'd be similar to the Blacktown Show, troop when you can and such.

As I said, more information to come shortly, please forgive my overly assignment addled mind for the confusion, at least I'm not spouting marketing terms.... yet.

I would sugest once all information is in that we pick one day to try and make a good presentation and then if people can attend more than one that would be good. S lets see what Prue receives and then take it from there.

Ok we have dates and location, augested above we should target one of the days, we also need to know if we are going to get a space, can we take a tent, etc etc where to meet and what they want us to do.

Ok, I was thinking of doing the Saturday as it is usually the biggest day for everything,
There will be room for us if we put in the forms this week, and I would say bring the tent as I'm not sure if we would be inside or outside.

Date: 3rd & 4th July
Time: 9am and runs until 4pm
Set up: 12-9pm on the Friday or 7-8:45am on the Saturday
Lunch: provided but only for the numbers that are listed on the forms so even if it's a tentative put it down anyway (please)
Parking: available

Pretty please i need some numbers by Wednesday at the latest as I have to have the form in by the 30th (sorry for the late notice)

Family is ood to go on the 3rd, will be flat out on the 4th. Can bring the usual tent, esky and stuff etc. Set up early saturday morning. So Helen and I and the Kids. The usual 3 back seats wil be available if anybody needs transport from this side.

Yup, I got quite busy with all my assignments that I forgot to send the form over.
