Traveling saber

im almost packed and under the weight limit, but now how am i ganna get my lightsaber down there?


anyone sugest i take it on the plane or wrap it in a poster box and check it in or what?

anyone able to lend me one down there if they are driving or live there?

I initially read this thread as "travelling sober"... my response to that is, if I had a choice I would not choose sober!

what about one of those post tubes? would that work?

mate the days of common sence have gone,I use to travell with fire arms on aircraft, and then in the past few years the E-11 packed in it's holster in the main luggage was no problem as long as you told them it was there. Those days are long gone, I would not risk it today. Now with light sabers they have headed n the same direction, fo some reason the mornons they hire to do airport security have no common sence at all.

We use to be able to take them on the plane with us, now they need to be checked in, your idea of the post pack and check it in is about the best way to go, unless you can borrow one down there.

Geebers, i travelled to Sydney and Melbourne in the last 3 months, with my e-11 packed in its holster in my checked in luggage.
I have told them when checking it in, that there is a stormtrooper costume in there.

post pack i think checked in is the best unless somehow i can borrow one.
