Morning all....

The Tas Sci FI People got in touch with me last night and require some information for people attending from the group.

The time has come to getting the exhibitor passes ready so you don't have to
be asked for money at the door on the convention.

These passes will have YOUR name on them so they can't be passed from person
to person to get through the door security without being asked to pay.


What I need from you ASAP before the end of next week is WHO is coming down.
I need your full name to start arranging the passes from my end so they will
be ready on the day to collect.

Also, if you are planning on setting up, remember we have Thursday the 14th
also to set up, so I will need to start knowing when you want to set up so
we can arrange times so everyone is not there at the same time, as it can
become bottlenecked....


so in short can I get a list of names in here for the passes.

ok. The passes are for us who are going to be trooping around in costume/manning a table.

They're not going to charge us to get in as most costume/table people are coming from interstate so they would like to have the passes ready for us with our names on it.

if you'd rather pay for admission on the day I'm not going to stop you but the option for passes are there.
